Satisfaction Guaranteed
Every order we ship is 100% guaranteed to satisfy you, our customer. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products or service, please return the product(s) in its original carton within 5 days of your receipt. We will gladly issue a credit to your credit card for the product's price upon receipt of the returned product(s) in our warehouse (freight charges will not be refunded). Custom or Personalized orders are not refundable.  We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions. 

Shortages
Products that are received shorted will be satisfactorily and promptly re-shipped using GROUND SERVICE only or you may have your account credited for shortages.

Late Delivery
If you're returning the products because it was delivered late, even if we shipped it within the specified time, your credit card will be credited for the amount of the product(s) only. We are not responsible for the carriers' late deliveries.

Order cancellation
If for some reason you choose to cancel your order, we will issue a full credit to your card on items that have not shipped or if work has not been started. Custom or Personalized orders are not refundable.

Change Order?
You may change your order as long as the order has not been processed and shipped. For all personalized items, once the order has been processed, we do not allow changes to be made.

File a claim for damaged, defective or missing product(s)?
All claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s) must be filed with A World Of Favors within 7 business days of receiving your order. Please contact our customer service department at 1-800-297-7024 or info@aworldoffavors.com to initiate a claim. Please note that A World of Favors is not responsible for missing packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier (UPS and FedEx). However, A World Of Favors will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
